Palmer Lake Logistics Center

Americaribe has been selected as the General Contractor for the Palmer Lakes Logistics Center in the Palmer Lake area on the east side of Miami International Airport. Palmer Lakes Logistics Center, developed by Prologis, is the first multistory warehouse in South Florida dedicated to serve a last-mile e-commerce provider.

The three-story building, designed by RLC Architects and Jackson Liles Architecture, consists of approximately of 1,000,000 gross sf total with 150,000 sf for logistics operations on the first floor; approximately 6,000 sf for offices on the first and second floors, an additional 6,400 sf of retail on the first floor; 293 employee parking spaces on the first and second floors; 10 truck loading bays on the ground floor, and a roof deck with 570 spaces for delivery van staging, 96 for van queuing and 96 for van loading. Additionally there is 36,000 sf of open space for employees to enjoy and relax.

The project have the LEED Certification. Construction was launched mid October 2021.
